His professional debut may not have been announced, but Delicious Orie has already mapped out the career ahead.
Frank Warren's Queensberry Promotions announced on Tuesday that they will be Orie's promoter, adding another exciting domestic name to a stacked heavyweight stable which already includes British champion Fabio Wardley, IBF champion Daniel Dubois and Tyson Fury.
The heavyweight division both domestically and internationally is in a very healthy place right now, and the arrival of Orie brings another exciting name into the mix.
After enjoying Commonwealth and European success as an amateur with Team GB, Orie has his sights set on the world heavyweight title despite an early exit from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
"I hope in 10 years time I'll be world champion and hopefully I'll be inspiring as many people as I possibly can," Orie told DAZN News.
"I don't want to be a heavyweight with a belt, I want to be a heavyweight and an athlete that speaks to out to as many people as possible, letting them know my story and it is very much up to them to achieve whatever they want."
Even before turning professional, Orie's story is an inspirational one after arriving in England from Russia at the age of seven, and if he manages to achieve his 10-year world title goal, then there is no doubt Orie will inspire numerous people to chase their dreams regardless of what stands in the way.
