Vergil Ortiz Jr. vs. Samuel Vargas TV channel, live stream: How to watch the fightDAZN
Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the return of boxing on DAZN between Vergil Ortiz Jr. and Samuel Vargas.

Boxing returns in a big way on DAZN Friday night when one of the sport's rising stars, Vergil Ortiz Jr., takes on Samuel Vargas in welterweight action at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Calif.

Ortiz and Vargas were initially set to battle on March 28 at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., but COVID-19 forced the bout to be postponed.

The 22-year-old Ortiz (15-0, 15 KOs) returns for the first time in 2020 after he put himself on the tip of people's tongues in 2019 by going 4-0 with four knockouts, which ended with a fifth-round stoppage victory in December over Brad Solomon.

Like Ortiz, Vargas also will be making his 2020 debut. He last competed in June 2019, defeating Silverio Ortiz by unanimous decision. Before then, Vargas lost a narrow split decision to former 147-pound titleholder Luis Collazo in March 2019.

Vargas is another step-up in competition for Ortiz because he's fought former world champions Amir Khan, Danny Garcia and current unified welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr.

Will Ortiz be able to continue his rise towards his first world title fight? Or does Vargas spoil the party?
