Frank Warren names the upcoming clash that he thinks will be the best fight of 2025
The Nottingham headliner, live on DAZN , on May 10, will see two of boxing’s most exciting fighters go at it in a big super-featherweight encounter where the winner can expect to push on towards bigger fights.
Both former world champions, Wood and Cacace have often delivered on the big stage and each man has also done it in style, often providing excitement to go along with their victories.
Wood, inactive for 18 months, has proven on so many occasions that he should not be dismissed easily, and he will look to cause an upset when he begins his bout with Cacace a slight underdog.
The Nottingham man has rebounded from near defeat on multiple occasions to defeat top operators such as Michael Conlan and Josh Warrington , and he may have to dig deep to get past Cacace.

The Belfast man displayed his credentials in 2024 when he defeated Joe Cordina with an impressive stoppage before widely outpointing Warrington.
Him and Wood come into this contest in a confident mood and Warren is excited to see how the fight unfolds.
“I’m telling you now, this will be fight of the year,” said Warren when discussing the fight at a recent press conference?
“It has fight of the year written all over it. This will be The Ring fight of the year for 2025.”
