Callum Smith ready to face former rival of James DeGale and George Groves
Callum Smith has only just recently confirmed himself as one of the world’s best light-heavyweights but that has not prevented him from aiming even higher.
In the immediate aftermath of that impressive victory, attention switched to what could be next for the Liverpool man.

Artur Beterbiev, Dmitry Bivol, and David Benavidez are all occupying the top spots at 175lbs and the natural reaction to Smith’s win was a showdown with one of those fighters.
The Benavidez fight has been heavily linked to Smith, but is a move to cruiserweight another option Smith may explore?

Smith will be a keen observer when the bell sounds, and he has provided his thoughts on whether he would be willing to jump up and face that test
"I'd love the Badou Jack fight," said Smith when speaking to Sky Sports. "It's a fight that I would take given the opportunity.
"I don't class myself as a fully-fledged cruiserweight, but I don't class him as one either. I think it's definitely a fight I would consider if it can be made."
