A new era for Frank Warren will commence tonight when his maiden show on DAZN takes place in Manchester.
Headlined by Joe Joyce and Filip Hrgovic, the blockbuster heavyweight clash could open doors for the victor later in 2025.
Croatia’s Hrgovic will see a huge international name feature on a Warren show, but he is by no means the first.

Patiently waiting for a showdown with Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson remained busy in 2000 as he fought three times with the first two taking place in Britain.
There was pandemonium when Frank Warren brought the volatile New Yorker over as crowds regularly gathered to try and get a glimpse of one of boxing’s most recognisable faces.
Tyson would stop Julius Francis in two rounds in Manchester before stopping Lou Savarese in Scotland five months later.
Long before he was adorning pound-for-pound lists whilst taking on the likes of Shane Mosley and Bernard Hopkins, Ronald ‘Winky’ Wright was well known to British fight fans.
In the mid 1990s, there was a period where Wright was regularly featured on high profile Frank Warren cards as he made light work of Ensley Bingham, Steve Foster, and Adrian Dodson before going on to become one of boxing’s best fighters.
Sitting near the top of boxing's elite list, Kostya Tszyu was feared by all when Frank Warren brought him to Manchester in 2005 to take on Ricky Hatton.
What happened next would become the stuff of legend as Hatton produced the performance of his illustrious career to stop Tszyu and become world champion in front of a sold-out crowd at the city’s arena.
Tszyu would never fight again with his last outing coming in Britain on a night that no one will ever forget.

Two years before dominating Naseem Hamed to become a major attraction, Marco Antonio Barrera was in London to face Ellesmere Port’s Paul Lloyd.
The previous year, Lloyd had been stopped in two rounds by America’s Tim Austin, but Barrera would manage to defeat him even quicker.
The Mexican was relentless and after starting quickly and inflicting damage on Lloyd, he did not make it into the second round.
Frank Warren had grand plans for Nathan Cleverly and he planned to showcase the Welsh star in America against Bernard Hopkins.
To do that, Cleverly would need to impress against Sergey Kovalev, but what happened next would launch an incredible career, and it was not Cleverly’s.
Kovalev was brutal from the start and after repeatedly hurting and dropping Cleverly, the fight was called off in round four.
