The Briton faces Liam Davies later this month on the undercard of Queensberry Promotions' latest The Magnificent 7 card in Manchester.
Victory for either man will further push them into a crowded division littered with some major local names, such as WBA champion Nick Ball.
Speaking ahead of his latest bout, Miller paid tribute to his fellow contenders, while highlighting that he is all too aware of how close he sits now.
"[There is] all this talk about world level [but] you only have to look in Britain," he told The Ring. "Ball, [Nathaniel] Collins, me, and Davies.
"You never know how far away you are. It could be right around the corner with one or two more wins. You've got to stay ready, mentally and physically.
"As far as studying my future opponents, I leave that to my team and just focus on me. I have to be selfish and continue getting better.
"If I'm in the best possible shape and have got myself ready, I'll be fine come fight night."
