Daniel Dubois issues chilling message before Joseph Parker battle at Riyadh Season
Daniel Dubois has issued a chiling message to Joseph Parker ahead of their heavyweight world title fight, promising to deliver a "devastating" show against him on Saturday.
The two men meet for the Briton's IBF title on February 22 as the co-main event on a stacked card at Riyadh Season's The Last Crescendo, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.
Dubois is seeking to make the second successive defence of his crown against the New Zealander, having stopped Anthony Joshua inside five rounds last September.
That was a particularly ruthless performance by the star, but now he has revealed that he hopes to improve on that showing when he steps into the ring against Parker.
"I'm really excited," he told DAZN. "I want to put on a clinical performance, a devastating performance on Saturday.
"I'm leaving with my belt. That's my whole objective in my mind. It's what we're in the business for. I've got the belt now and I'm ready to defend it.
"I love the progress. It feels like a tunnel - this is where I've got to go and these are the guys I've got to beat. I've had a good few years. I'm going to be better."

Victory over AJ marked the latest excellent performance in the ring for Dubois, following wins over Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrogivc as part of his return up the ranks.
The star feels he has learned from all three battles so far, adding: "They're all good wins. I just feel they're good tests, good challenges. I loved the Miller fight.
"It was exciting and brought the best out of me. The Hrgovic fight was a good fight too. [They are] top guys that not everyone wants to jump in the ring with.
"So it was just good for me. I was surprised [that I was as good as I was] against AJ. I was just glad I switched on, did what we had to do and stayed sharp for that.
"I proved to myself and went through that barrier that might have been holding me back before."
