Gervonta Davis or Shakur Stevenson? Major fight manager reveals who he would prefer for Vasiliy Lomachenko
The next move of Vasiliy Lomachenko is still unclear, but what is known is that the Ukrainian can walk straight into a big fight when he decides to return.
Last May, Lomachenko captured a world title when he travelled to Australia to stop George Kambosos in the 11th round .
Immediately afterwards, the focus switched to what would be on Lomachenko’s horizon. But with conflict still taking place in his homeland, he has not been vocal about his boxing career.
In the meantime, numerous fighters have been fighting at lightweight, with operators like Shakur Stevenson and Gervonta Davis both looking to enhance their credentials at 135lbs.

Both fighters would guarantee a huge spotlight for Lomachenko if he does decide to fight again, and his manager, Egis Klimas, has spoken about who he would prefer for his man.
“What is a Shakur and what is a Tank? Skill and financial,” said Klimas when speaking to YSM Sports Media .
“He’s [Tank] a much better fighter in my way and an upcoming fighter. I’m not going to take anything away from Shakur. He’s a good fighter, but he’s a bumper. He goes into a shell and runs away.
"Tank comes to fight. It’s a more interesting fight. It’s a more intriguing fight.
“That’s what makes it more interesting. That’s what makes it more interesting to fans. Right now, Lomachenko is the best opponent to fight Tank.”
