A big night of boxing is set to take place at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester this weekend as Frank Warren kicks off a new era on DAZN headlined by Joe Joyce taking on Filip Hrgovic.
The heavyweight blockbuster will look to see both men breathe life into their careers after they each endured a tough 2024.
Joyce was beaten by Derek Chisora last time out, a bout he was also dropped in. That result cast doubt on his ability to compete at the highest level.
At the start of 2023, Joyce had been earmarked as a future heavyweight champion, but his career was quickly turned upside down after two stoppage losses to Zhilei Zhang.
With Chisora piling on further misery, Joyce is now in a position where another loss could prove fatal for his career.
For Hrgovic, he had the chance to become IBF interim ruler last year. Those hopes were dashed when he was stopped by Daniel Dubois on the huge Matchroom vs Queensberry show.
The Croatian puncher has the chance to get back to winning ways against Joyce and he begins their fight a huge favourite at 1/5 with DAZN Bet .
13 of Hrgovic’s 14 stoppages have all come before the end of round five and with Joyce seemingly at the end of his career, the 7/2 mark for Hrgovic before halfway appears to be excellent value throughout the industry.
Another heavyweight battle on the show will see David Adeleye go at it with Jamie TKV for the vacant British heavyweight title.
Adeleye is the bigger puncher in this bout and has also fought at a higher level, with his only loss coming against Fabio Wardley.
This one should be over before the second half with Adeleye getting his hands raised. Prices for that outcome are around 13/8.
Odds correct as of 12.50pm, April 4. Recommended bets are advised to over-18s.
