Pat Brown teases career first ahead of professional boxing debut
Excitement is building ahead of Pat Brown's professional boxing debut this coming Friday live on DAZN.
After three years in the amateur code which included an appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Brown is now set for the next chapter in a career with plenty of expectations.
Brown has gained a reputation already amongst British fight fans for his heavy hitting, and those watching his debut will be expecting an impressive performance against Argentina's Federico Javier Grandone.

Appearing at Wednesday's final press conference ahead of the fight, Brown is hoping to deliver a mature performance in his own words, and is also excited for a career first when it comes to his gloves on fight night.
"A mature performance to be honest with you," Brown stated when asked about what fight fans can expect when he steps into the ring.
"Obviously, everyone says that I can bang, I’ve never punched in 10 ounce before, Jamie keeps saying to me ‘Do you want to try them out in the gym?’.
"I said, ‘No I will wait until I’m in the changing room, until I get my fist, feel that leather and I start banging them pads.’ It will be the lightest my fist has ever left me, that’s what I can’t wait for to be honest with you."
Grandone, who will be in the opposite corner at Altrincham's Planet Ice, boasts a 7-4-2 (3 KOs) professional record, and comes into this contest on a four-fight losing streak.
